(a) Junction Box for CT & PT
Macroplast manufactures all sorts of steel fabrication items that are used in Transformer industry like CT and PT Junction box used for instrument transformer connections. Our CT and PT Junction boxes are manufactured using high quality steel, powder coated and fitted with high grade terminal boxes for durability and efficient performance.
(b) Marshalling Box for Transformers
Marshalling Box houses the indicating instruments. In addition, all the secondary wiring of the transformer from current transformers, relays, oil level gauges etc., are terminated on to terminal blocks, from which cables can be taken to the supply and control connections.
(c) Meter Box for Transformers
Meter Box houses the Energy Meter which is used for metering purposes. In addition, all the secondary wiring of the transformer from current transformers, relays, oil level gauges etc., are terminated on to terminal blocks, from which cables can be taken to the supply and control connections of the Energy Meters.
(d) Supporting Structures
Supporting Structures are used for Mounting of CT, PT & Transformers. Macroplast manufactures steel supporting structures which are hot dip galvanized and have long lasting life.
(e) DT Meter Box
Macroplast manufactures all sorts of fabrication items that are used in Transformer industry like DT Meter Boxes used along with Distribution Transformer. The LV cables of Transformers are passed through Ring Type CTs placed inside the DT Meter Box in the lower compartment. The meter is housed in the upper compartment. Our DT Meter Boxes are manufactured using high quality steel or PVC, powder coated and fitted with high grade material for durability and efficient performance.
